⑴ T: Boy and girls, we’ve learned so many words of jobs. Now let’s read a passage. Before reading, please look at the requirement here.（屏幕显示阅读要求）① Read the passage, remember the main information.（阅读短文，记住主要信息。）② Answer the questions without looking at your books.（不看书，回答问题。）

Step Three: Practice
(1) T: Boys and girls, do you know the words of other jobs?
   Ss: Yes. （学生举手说出各自知道的其它有关职业的单词）
   T: Good job! Please look at the screen. Here are some words of jobs. Let’s see together.
   （教师在屏幕上出示一些有关职业的单词，带领学生一起边读边理解意思。出示的单词有：teacher（教师）, accountant（会计）, artisan（工匠）, worker（工人）, detective（侦探）, engineer（工程师）, journalist（记者）, mailman（邮差）, editor（编辑）, fish-monger（鱼贩）, fisherman（渔民）, dentist（牙医）, shoe-maker（鞋匠）, sailor（船员）, salesperson（售货员）, pianist（钢琴师）, civil servant（公务员）, tailor（裁缝）, bus conductor（公共汽车售票员）, fireman（消防员）, nurse（护士）, doctor（医生）, manager（经理））
（教师这样设计，开阔了学生思维和视野，使学生很容易联想到社会生活中各种各样的职业。）
